Over the past year, HKTA Hong Kong Tutors Association has continuously enhanced the user experience through technological innovation, pioneering the use of AI large-model–driven intelligent matching and tutor vetting mechanisms. This helps parents quickly and accurately find the most suitable tutors for their children, significantly improving learning outcomes and service efficiency. Demonstrating excellence in innovation, operations, branding, and corporate social responsibility, and backed by rigorous professional service standards, a people‑oriented matching philosophy, and robust technological support, HKTA has been honoured with the “HKCT Business Awards 2025 II – Most Outstanding Tutoring Matchmaking Platform of the Year.”

In 2024, HK01’s Parents channel held the 4th “Parents’ Favourite Lifestyle Brand Awards,” with strong support from the Hong Kong Chamber of Education Centres. Following rigorous selection by the editorial team and professional judges, the brand received the authoritative “Parents’ Favourite” certification.

Following public voting and professional judging, the winners of the “Parents’ Favourite Brand Awards” across all categories have been announced. HKYA has been honoured with the “Parents’ Favourite – Learning and Edutainment Series Brand” award.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, to reduce person-to-person contact and safeguard the health of teachers and students while maintaining teaching quality, the Hong Kong Tutors Association (HKTA) swiftly launched video tutoring services and a one-stop online payment system, enabling fully contactless teaching and payment processes. This initiative not only lowered infection risks, but also integrated matching, confirmation, payment, and post-lesson review into a single online workflow, improving class management efficiency—making scheduling easier for tutors and follow-up simpler for parents—to ensure uninterrupted learning. In recognition of these innovations and results, HKTA was awarded the “FinTech Awards 2020 – Outstanding Online Payment Platform for Tutoring Matchmaking.”

As the largest tutoring agency in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Tutor Association won the RoadShow Favorite Tutoring Agency Brand Award, which represents the affirmation and encouragement of Hong Kong citizens for the service and matching education work of the association, and also marks HKTA's other It is an important milestone.
